Yellow Tree helped my team and I learn strategies to implement in a VUCA environment. The Terra Nova exercise was fun and stressful at the same time. We laughed and learned the importance of clear communication, value of collective goals vs individual targets and blurring our swim lanes in order to achieve the best possible outcome. Alleena and her team were solid in shepherding us through the event and patient with our pushbacks and calmed our dissenting opinions in a very professional manner. We still talk about it till today!
